Can I colour my extensions?
Yes, you can colour your extensions. You can colour your hair extensions darker and tone them with a professional low peroxide developer. We recommend you don't lighten your hair extensions as this can cause irreversible damage to your hair extensions.
We recommend you test a small part of the hair extensions with your desired colour before colouring the whole amount.
O P Hair extensions will not be held responsible for any issues you encounter with colouring your extensions
How long do the extensions last?
With proper care and maintenance, our dark hair extensions can last between 9 to 12 months. Our blonde range will last between 8-12months
What products can I use on my extensions?
You should strictly use products that do not contain sulphate, Paraben and protein. Along with heat protectants and products designed specifically for extensions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payment and Afterpay.
How should I care for my extensions?
Use quality hair products approved for hair extensions
Use a quality extension friendly serum daily
Gently brush your hair extensions daily to avoid tangling and matting.
Avoid over brushing and tugging your hair extensions when wet
Use the correct brush recommended by your stylist
Do not use products with sulphates, alcohol, silicons or proteins on your hair extensions
Avoid contact with Chlorine, Spray tan, Salt Water and Sun Screen containing Avobenzine and Octocrylene
What application methods do you offer?
We offer various application methods including invisible weft, tape-in and micro-link.
Is the hair Remy hair?
Yes, we use 100% Remy human with the cuticle intact hair for all our extensions.
Where are you located?
We are a home-based salon in Aintree Victoria. The exact address will be provided upon booking your appointment.
Do I need to fill out the forms sent to me every time?
If you could please fill out any forms sent to you It would be greatly appreciated. O P Hair extensions will only send you forms if necessary.
Is there a charge for the consultation?
No, we offer complimentary consultations for all new clients.
If you have a change of mind and request a second consultation, you will be required to pay a $50 deposit that will go towards you service price
