Returns Policy – O P Hair Extensions

At O P Hair Extensions, we take great pride in the quality of our products and want every client to love their purchase.
Please read the policy below to understand how returns and exchanges are handled.


Change of Mind

Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions that have been worn, installed, coloured, washed, or removed from their original packaging.
If the product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition, you may return it for a store credit within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The hygiene seal must be fully intact.

  • The product must be in its original packaging, undamaged, and unaltered.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe you’ve received a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or video showing the issue

  • A brief description of the fault

We’ll assess the product and, if deemed faulty, provide a replacement or full refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as O P Hair Extensions cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.


Custom Orders & Sale Items

All custom orders, clearance, or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.


Processing Time

Once your return is approved and received, please allow 3–5 business days for your refund or store credit to be processed.
