We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier and postal partners. Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing your order, as O P Hair Extensions cannot take responsibility for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the product is confirmed faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked postal service for all returns, as O P Hair Extensions cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit
