Salon Policies

Appointments

  • Booking: Appointments can be made through our website, over the phone, or through messaging. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
  • Confirmation: Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation email or text message. Please ensure your contact details are up to date.
  • Arrival: Please arrive on time for you scheduled appointment to allow for a smooth check-in process and any necessary consultations.
  • Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling of your appointment.


Cancellations

  • Cancellation Notice: We understand that things happen, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and you will be charged 50% of the service price. this will need to be paid before you can make any future bookings.
  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time.


Deposits

  • Deposit Requirement: A minimum of 20% deposit will be required to secure any bookings. For hair extension clients a 50% deposit will be required after your colour match appointment to secure your chosen hair extensions. This deposit will be applied to your final bill.
  • Refunds on Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable unless you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling.


Late Arrivals

  • Grace Period: There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After this period, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a late fee may apply.
  • Shortened Services: If time permits, we will accommodate your service; however, it may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing the next client.


Service Concerns

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns about your service, please let us know before leaving the salon so we can address them promptly.
  • Adjustments: We offer a complimentary adjustment within 7 days of your original appointment if you are not satisfied with the results.


Limitations: Service concerns will not be granted in the case of a change of mind regarding extensions or for extensions that have been mistreated.

Hair Extension Warranty

  • Quality Guarantee: We use only premium products for our hair extensions and offer a 30-day warranty on our extensions for manufacturing defects.
  • Care Instructions: Proper care is essential to maintaining your extensions. We will provide you with detailed care instructions; failure to follow these will void the warranty.
  • Maintenance: Regular maintenance appointments are recommended to keep your extensions in optimal condition. Neglecting maintenance can affect the longevity and warranty of your extensions.


Payment Options

  • Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, afterpay and online payments. All payments are due at the time of service.


Abuse Policy

  • Zero Tolerance: We have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive or disrespectful behaviour.
  • Any form of abuse, whether verbal or physical, will result in immediate termination of services.
