Please choose carefully — due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions that have been opened, worn, or removed from their packaging.

If your extensions are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, we offer store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded in line with Australian Consumer Law.
